Datadog reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 23, 2021.
In 2020, five Datadog executives received on average a compensation package of $7.3M, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Olivier Pomel, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in total, which decreased by 51% compared to 2019. 93% of Pomel's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Pomel also received $231K in non-equity incentive plan, $363K in salary, as well as $300 in other compensation.
Dan Fougere, Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $7.6M. 92% of the compensation package, or $7.1M, was in stock awards.
David Obstler, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.7M in 2020, a 894% increase compared to previous year.
Amit Agarwal, Chief Product Officer, received $6.7M in 2020, which decreases by 42% compared to 2019.
Alexis Lê-Quôc, Chief Technology Officer, earned $6.7M in 2020, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
