Deluxe reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 19, 2019.
In 2018, seven Deluxe executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Barry C. McCarthy, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total. 54% of McCarthy's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. McCarthy also received $1.2M in bonus, $110K in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, as well as $92K in salary.
Lee J. Schram, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $6.4M, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in stock awards.
Keith A. Bush, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2018, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Malcolm J. McRoberts, Senior Vice President, Small Business Services, received $1.6M in 2018, which increases by 6% compared to 2017.
John D. Filby, Senior Vice President, Financial Services, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Julie M. Loosbrock, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, received $891K in 2018.
Michael S. Mathews, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, earned $687K in 2018, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
