Devon Energy reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 21, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Devon Energy received on average a compensation package of $7.1M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
David A. Hager, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2018. 65% of Hager's compensation, or $9M, was in stock awards. Hager also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $939K in other compensation.
Tony D. Vaughn, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $11M, which increased by 42% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $5M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Lyndon C. Taylor, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Admin. Officer, earned $8.2M in 2019, a 90% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey L. Ritenour, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.4M in 2019, which increases by 23% compared to 2018.
David G Harris, Executive Vice President Exploration & Production, earned $2.6M in 2019.
Tana K. Cashion, Senior Vice President Human Resources, received $2.4M in 2019.
