Devon Energy reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 22, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Devon Energy received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.

Jeffrey L. Ritenour, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.2M in 2020, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
David G Harris, Executive Vice President Exploration & Production, received $4.1M in 2020, which increases by 55% compared to 2019.
Tana K. Cashion, Senior Vice President Human Resources, earned $3.4M in 2020, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
