DexCom reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 9, 2021.
In 2020, five DexCom executives received on average a compensation package of $7.3M, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin Sayer, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2019. 81% of Sayer's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Sayer also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $800K in salary, as well as $116K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $70,072 at DexCom. Therefore, the ratio of Kevin Sayer's pay to the median employee pay was 197 to one.
Jeffrey C. Moy, EVP, Operations, received a compensation package of $7.5M. 88% of the compensation package, or $6.6M, was in stock awards.
Richard Doubleday, EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $5.9M in 2020, a 79% increase compared to previous year.
Quentin S. Blackford, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.1M in 2020, which increases by 35% compared to 2019.
Jacob S. Leach, Chief Technology Officer, earned $4.4M in 2020.
