In 2019, two executives at Digital Ally received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Stanton E. Ross, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2018. 58% of Ross' compensation, or $728K, was in stock awards. Ross also received $250K in bonus, $250K in salary, as well as $18K in other compensation.
Thomas J. Heckman, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $904K, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $437K, was in stock awards.
