Digital Ally reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on July 14, 2023.
In 2022, three executives at Digital Ally received on average a compensation package of $464K, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
Stanton E. Ross, Chief Executive Officer, received $807K in total, which decreased by 41% compared to 2021. 46% of Ross' compensation, or $375K, was in stock awards. Ross also received $100K in bonus, $300K in salary, as well as $32K in other compensation.
Peng Han, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $368K, which increased by 57% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $250K, was in salary.
Thomas J. Heckman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $217K in 2022, a 72% decrease compared to previous year.
