DineEquity reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 1, 2019.
In 2018, six DineEquity executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
John C. Cywinski, President, Applebee's Business Unit, received $4.4M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2017. 53% of Cywinski's compensation, or $2.3M, was in stock awards. Darren M. Rebelez, President, IHOP Business Unit, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 161% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Thomas H. Song, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2018.
Stephen P. Joyce, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in 2018, which decreases by 63% compared to 2017.
Bryan R. Adel, General Counsel, earned $1.8M in 2018, a 69% increase compared to previous year.
Greggory H. Kalvin, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2018, which increases by 26% compared to 2017.
