DocGo reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 26, 2023.
In 2022, three DocGo executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Anthony Capone, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2021. 75% of Capone's compensation, or $4.2M, was in option awards. Capone also received $975K in bonus, $425K in salary, as well as $5K in other compensation.
Lee Bienstock, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in option awards.
Stan Vashovsky, Chief Executive Officer, earned $2.4M in 2022, a 66% decrease compared to previous year.
