Domtar reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 8, 2019.
In 2018, five Domtar executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
John D. Williams, Chief Executive Officer, received $8M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2017. 41% of Williams' compensation, or $3.3M, was in stock awards. Williams also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $425K in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $798K in other compensation.
