Domtar reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 25, 2021.
In 2020, five Domtar executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
John D. Williams, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2019. 62% of Williams' compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Williams also received $893K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $459K in other compensation.
