Dover reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, six Dover executives received on average a compensation package of $6.5M, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Richard J. Tobin, Chief Executive Officer, received $28M in total. 79% of Tobin's compensation, or $22M, was in stock awards. Tobin also received $2M in bonus, $3.1M in option awards, $777K in salary, as well as $70K in other compensation.
Brad M. Cerepak, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which decreased by 9% compared to previous year. 27% of the compensation package, or $901K, was in option awards.
William W. Spurgeon, Chief Executive Officer, earned $2.2M in 2018, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
Ivonne M. Cabrera, General Counsel, received $1.9M in 2018.
Jay L. Kloosterboer, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, earned $1.7M in 2018.
Robert A. Livingston, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in 2018, which decreases by 83% compared to 2017.
