Dover reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 18, 2021.
In 2020, five Dover executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.

Richard J. Tobin, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2019. 50% of Tobin's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Tobin also received $1.7M in bonus, $2.7M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $343K in other compensation.
Brad M. Cerepak, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Ivonne M. Cabrera, General Counsel, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
David J. Malinas, Senior Vice President, Operations, received $1.7M in 2020.
Girish Juneja, Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer, earned $1.4M in 2020.
