DraftKings reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, five DraftKings executives received on average a compensation package of $149M, a 5,282% increase compared to previous year.
Jason D. Robins, Chief Executive Officer, received $237M in total, which increased by 5,234% compared to 2019. 98% of Robins' compensation, or $231M, was in stock awards. Robins also received $3M in bonus, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $650K in salary, as well as $75K in other compensation.
Mathew Kalish, President, DraftKings North America, received a compensation package of $197M, which increased by 9227% compared to previous year. 98% of the compensation package, or $194M, was in stock awards.
Paul Liberman, President, Global Technology Product, earned $197M in 2020, a 9116% increase compared to previous year.
Jason K. Park, Chief Financial Officer, received $56M in 2020, which increases by 1699% compared to 2019.
R. Stanton Dodge, Chief Legal Officer, earned $56M in 2020, a 2697% increase compared to previous year.
