DraftKings reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on February 28, 2022.
In 2021, five DraftKings executives received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 93% decrease compared to previous year.
Jason D. Robins, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 94% compared to 2020. 81% of Robins' compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Robins also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $113K in salary, as well as $667K in other compensation.
Paul Liberman, President, Global, received a compensation package of $11M, which decreased by 94% compared to previous year. 90% of the compensation package, or $10M, was in stock awards.
Mathew Kalish, President, DraftKings, earned $11M in 2021, a 94% decrease compared to previous year.
R. Stanton Dodge, Chief Legal Officer, received $6.4M in 2021, which decreases by 88% compared to 2020.
Jason K. Park, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.4M in 2021, a 89% decrease compared to previous year.
