DROPBOX reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 9, 2019.
In 2018, six DROPBOX executives received on average a compensation package of $6M, a 82% decrease compared to previous year.
Dennis M. Woodside, Chief Operating Officer, received $19M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2017.
Ajay V. Vashee, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.3M, which increased by 235% compared to previous year. 83% of the compensation package, or $5.2M, was in stock awards.
Yamini Rangan, Chief Customer Officer, earned $4.2M in 2018.
Bart E. Volkmer, General Counsel, received $3.5M in 2018, which increases by 120% compared to 2017.
Andrew W. Houston, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 99% decrease compared to previous year.
Quentin J. Clark, Chief Technology Officer, received $1M in 2018, which decreases by 97% compared to 2017.
