Gerard M. Anderson, Chairman, received $12M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2018. 60% of Anderson's compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Trevor F. Lauer, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.1M in 2019, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Bruce D. Peterson, General Counsel, received $2.5M in 2019.
