DTE Energy reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 14, 2019.
In 2018, five DTE Energy executives received on average a compensation package of $5.2M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Gerard M. Anderson, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 31% compared to 2017. 64% of Anderson's compensation, or $7M, was in stock awards. Anderson also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $150K in other compensation.
Gerardo Norcia, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in stock awards.
Peter B. Oleksiak, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.6M in 2018, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
David E. Meador, Chief Administrative Officer, received $3.4M in 2018, which decreases by 24% compared to 2017.
Trevor F. Lauer, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.4M in 2018.
