Duke Realty CEO James Connor's 2020 pay rises 17% to $7.8M

Duke Realty reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 10, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Duke Realty received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
James B. Connor, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.8M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2019. 55% of Connor's compensation, or $4.3M, was in stock awards. Connor also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $926K in salary, as well as $38K in other compensation.
Mark A. Denien, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Steven W. Schnur, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.6M in 2020, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Nicholas C. Anthony, Chief Investment Officer, received $2.5M in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Ann C. Dee, General Counsel, earned $2.3M in 2020, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
