Duke Realty reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 2, 2022.

James B. Connor, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.5M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2020. 53% of Connor's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Connor also received $3.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $958K in salary, as well as $37K in other compensation.
Mark A. Denien, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Steven W. Schnur, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.2M in 2021, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Nicholas C. Anthony, Chief Investment Officer, received $2.9M in 2021, which increases by 15% compared to 2020.
Ann C. Dee, General Counsel, earned $2.8M in 2021, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
