DURECT reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 27, 2020.
In 2019, three DURECT executives received on average a compensation package of $768K, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
James E. Brown, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2018. 42% of Brown's compensation, or $531K, was in salary. Brown also received $239K in non-equity incentive plan, $472K in option awards, as well as $30K in other compensation.
Michael H. Arenberg, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $551K, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 64% of the compensation package, or $350K, was in salary.
Judy R. Joice, Senior Vice President, Operations and Corporate Quality, earned $479K in 2019, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
