Dynasil reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 10, 2019.
In 2018, two Dynasil executives received on average a compensation package of $367K, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Peter Sulick, Chief Executive Officer, received $511K in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2017. 60% of Sulick's compensation, or $309K, was in salary. Sulick also received $60K in bonus, $99K in stock awards, as well as $43K in other compensation.
Robert Bowdring, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $224K, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 89% of the compensation package, or $200K, was in salary.
Dynasil's fiscal year ends on September 30.
