Eastman Kodak reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 30, 2011.
In 2010, six executives at Eastman Kodak received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 65% decrease compared to previous year.
Antonio M. Perez, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.7M in total, which decreased by 55% compared to 2009. 40% of Perez's compensation, or $2.3M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Perez also received $341K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $320K in other compensation.
Joyce P. Haag, SVP & GC Former Executive, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in other compensation.
Philip J. Faraci, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.4M in 2010, a 69% decrease compared to previous year.
Pradeep Jotwani, Chief Marketing Officer, received $1.1M in 2010.
F.S Sklarsky, Chief Financial Officer, earned $537K in 2010, a 82% decrease compared to previous year.
A.P McCorvey, Chief Financial Officer, received $476K in 2010.
