Eastman Kodak reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on April 15, 2014.
In 2013, six executives at Eastman Kodak received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Antonio M. Perez, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which increased by 36% compared to 2012. 45% of Perez's compensation, or $3.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Brad W. Kruchten, SVP, received $1.4M in 2013.
Douglas J. Edwards, Former SVP, earned $1.3M in 2013, a 105% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick M. Sheller, Former GC & SVP, received $970K in 2013, which decreases by 38% compared to 2012.
