eBay reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 21, 2022.
In 2021, seven eBay executives received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Jamie Iannone, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which decreased by 38% compared to 2020. 69% of Iannone's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Iannone also received $1.5M in bonus, $4.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $135K in other compensation.

Kristin A. Yetto, former Chief People Officer, received a compensation package of $18M, which increased by 227% compared to previous year. 98% of the compensation package, or $18M, was in other compensation.
Steve Priest, Chief Financial Officer, earned $14M in 2021.
Andy Cring, Chief Financial Officer, received $13M in 2021, which increases by 189% compared to 2020.
Cornelius Boone, Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, earned $10M in 2021.
