EchoStar reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 17, 2022.
In 2021, five EchoStar executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Pradman P. Kaul, President, Hughes Communications, Inc, received $1.9M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2020. 46% of Kaul's compensation, or $880K, was in salary. Kaul also received $284K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $699K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $52K in other compensation.
