In 2018, three executives at electroCore received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 113% increase compared to previous year.
Francis R. Amato, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which increased by 76% compared to 2017. 36% of Amato's compensation, or $488K, was in option awards. Amato also received $250K in bonus, $150K in non-equity incentive plan, $446K in salary, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Joseph P. Errico, Chief Science & Strategy Officer, Director, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 108% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $442K, was in option awards.
Peter S. Staats, Chief Medical Officer, earned $724K in 2018, a 265% increase compared to previous year.
