In 2019, five executives at electroCore received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 70% increase compared to previous year.
Francis R. Amato, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 158% compared to 2018. 45% of Amato's compensation, or $1.6M, was in option awards. Amato also received $1.1M in salary, $736K in stock awards, as well as $48K in other compensation.
Daniel S. Goldberger, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M. 67% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in option awards.
Joseph P. Errico, Former Chief Science and Strategy Officer, earned $1.5M in 2019, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Peter S. Staats, Chief Medical Officer, received $1.2M in 2019, which increases by 67% compared to 2018.
Brian Posner, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2019.
