Electromed reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on September 27, 2019.
In 2019, two Electromed executives received on average a compensation package of $665K, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Kathleen S. Skarvan, Chief Executive Officer, received $868K in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2018. 46% of Skarvan's compensation, or $397K, was in salary. Skarvan also received $30K in bonus, $99K in non-equity incentive plan, $212K in option awards, $108K in stock awards, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Jeremy T. Brock, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $463K, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $250K, was in salary.
Electromed's fiscal year ends on June 30.
