Electronic Arts reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 24, 2022.
In 2022, six executives at Electronic Arts received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which decreased by 49% compared to 2021. 70% of Wilson's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Wilson also received $4.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $20K in other compensation.

Laura Miele, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $10M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $8.1M, was in stock awards.

Chris Bruzzo, Chief Experience Officer, received $8.8M in 2022, which decreases by 9% compared to 2021.
Kenneth Moss, Chief Technology Officer, earned $8.6M in 2022, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Chris Suh, Chief Financial Officer, received $8.2M in 2022.
