In 2020, three ELUTIA executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 300% increase compared to previous year.
Ronald Lloyd, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 509% compared to 2019. 41% of Lloyd's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Lloyd also received $392K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.6M in option awards, $490K in salary, as well as $7.7K in other compensation.
