EMCOR Group reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 28, 2008.
In 2007, five executives at EMCOR Group received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.

Frank T. MacInnis, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.5M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2006. 40% of MacInnis' compensation, or $2.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. MacInnis also received $460K in bonus, $900K in salary, $1.8M in stock awards, as well as $100K in other compensation.
Anthony J. Guzzi, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Sheldon I. Cammaker, General Counsel, earned $2.2M in 2007, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Mark A. Pompa, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.9M in 2007, which increases by 20% compared to 2006.
R. Kevin Matz, Executive Vice President, Shared Services, earned $1.8M in 2007, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
