EMCOR Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 21, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at EMCOR Group received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.

Anthony J. Guzzi, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2020. 67% of Guzzi's compensation, or $7.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Guzzi also received $44K in bonus, $1.2M in salary, $2.3M in stock awards, as well as $147K in other compensation.
