Energy Focus reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 13, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at Energy Focus received on average a compensation package of $289K, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
James Tu, Chief Executive Officer, received $399K in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2019. 67% of Tu's compensation, or $268K, was in salary. Tu also received $9.9K in bonus, $85K in non-equity incentive plan, $34K in option awards, as well as $2.2K in other compensation.
Tod A. Nestor, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $326K, which increased by 61% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $239K, was in salary.
James R. Warren, General Counsel, earned $143K in 2020.
