Energy Recovery reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Energy Recovery received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, which is about the same as previous year.
Robert Yu Lang Mao, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2020. 50% of Mao's compensation, or $1M, was in option awards. Mao also received $464K in non-equity incentive plan, $514K in salary, as well as $28K in other compensation.
