Actuant reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 3, 2018.
In 2018, six Actuant executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Randal W. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2017. 56% of Baker's compensation, or $2.6M, was in stock awards. John Jeffrey Schmaling, Executive Vice President - Industrial Tools & Services Segment, received $1.1M in 2018.
André L. Williams, Executive Vice President - Human Resources, earned $869K in 2018.
Theodore C. Wozniak, Executive Vice President, Business Development, received $789K in 2018, which decreases by 24% compared to 2017.
Actuant's fiscal year ends on August 31.
