EngageSmart reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 14, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at EngageSmart received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 352% increase compared to previous year.
Howard Spector, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 1,076% compared to 2020. 93% of Spector's compensation, or $12M, was in option awards. Spector also received $312K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
Robert Bennett, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 217% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
Cassandra Hudson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2021, a 62% increase compared to previous year.
Charles Kallenbach, General Counsel, received $1.6M in 2021.
