Enova International reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, four executives at Enova International received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, which is about the same as previous year.
David Fisher, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.8M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2019. 35% of Fisher's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Fisher also received $284K in bonus, $931K in non-equity incentive plan, $854K in salary, $2.1M in stock awards, as well as $270K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $52,817 at Enova International. Therefore, the ratio of David Fisher's pay to the median employee pay was 130 to one.
Steven Cunningham, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which decreased by 4% compared to previous year. 26% of the compensation package, or $632K, was in option awards.
Kirk Chartier, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $1.9M in 2020, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Sean Rahilly, General Counsel, received $1.3M in 2020, which decreases by 4% compared to 2019.
