Enova International reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 31, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at Enova International received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 49% increase compared to previous year.
David Fisher, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 56% compared to 2020. 63% of Fisher's compensation, or $6.8M, was in stock awards. Fisher also received $266K in bonus, $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in option awards, $883K in salary, as well as $297K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $48,549 at Enova International. Therefore, the ratio of David Fisher's pay to the median employee pay was 220 to one.
Steven Cunningham, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 41% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Kirk Chartier, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $2.8M in 2021, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Sean Rahilly, General Counsel, received $1.7M in 2021, which increases by 35% compared to 2020.
