Colfax CEO Matthew Trerotola's 2020 pay slips 2% to $8.3M

Colfax reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, five Colfax executives received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew L. Trerotola, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.3M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2019. 54% of Trerotola's compensation, or $4.4M, was in stock awards. Trerotola also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $277K in other compensation.
Brady Shirley, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which decreased by 12% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
Christopher M. Hix, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.1M in 2020, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel A. Pryor, Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, received $2.8M in 2020, which decreases by 5% compared to 2019.
Shyam Kambeyanda, Chief Executive Officer, earned $2.6M in 2020, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
