Enstar Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 28, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Enstar Group received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 70% increase compared to previous year.
Dominic F. Silvester, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.5M in total, which increased by 60% compared to 2018. 53% of Silvester's compensation, or $2.9M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Silvester also received $2.4M in salary and $220K in other compensation.
Nazar Alobaidat, Chief Investment Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M. 74% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in stock awards.
Paul J. O'Shea, President, earned $3.6M in 2019, a 76% increase compared to previous year.
Orla M. Gregory, Chief Operating Officer, received $3.1M in 2019, which increases by 72% compared to 2018.
Guy T.A. Bowker, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
Paul Brockman, Chief Claims Officer, received $1.6M in 2019, which increases by 46% compared to 2018.
