Enstar Group reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 21, 2022.
In 2020, six executives at Enstar Group received on average a compensation package of $9.3M, a 167% increase compared to previous year.
Dominic F. Silvester, Chief Executive Officer, received $24M in total, which increased by 327% compared to 2019. 58% of Silvester's compensation, or $14M, was in option awards. Silvester also received $365K in bonus, $4M in non-equity incentive plan, $224K in salary, as well as $5.3M in other compensation.
Paul J. O'Shea, President, received a compensation package of $13M, which increased by 272% compared to previous year. 67% of the compensation package, or $9M, was in stock awards.
Orla M. Gregory, Chief Operating Officer, earned $9.1M in 2020, a 191% increase compared to previous year.
Guy T.A. Bowker, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.1M in 2020, which increases by 107% compared to 2019.
Paul Brockman, Chief Claims Officer, earned $2.6M in 2020, a 61% increase compared to previous year.
Nazar Alobaidat, Chief Investment Officer, received $1.9M in 2020, which decreases by 59% compared to 2019.
