In 2021, five Entegris executives received on average a compensation package of $4.1M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Bertrand Loy, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2020. 51% of Loy's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Loy also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.2M in option awards, $981K in salary, as well as $84K in other compensation.
