EQT reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 10, 2020.
In 2019, nine EQT executives received on average a compensation package of $4.1M, a 62% increase compared to previous year.
Robert J. McNally, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 149% compared to 2018. 50% of McNally's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Erin R. Centofanti, Former Executive Vice President, Production, received $4.5M in 2019, which increases by 297% compared to 2018.
Richard A. Duran, Chief Information Officer, earned $1.4M in 2019.
Lesley Evancho, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $1.3M in 2019.
William E. Jordan, General Counsel, earned $421K in 2019.
J. Kyle Derham, Chief Financial Officer, received $385K in 2019.
Toby Z. Rice, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1 in 2019.
