EQT reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on February 24, 2022.
In 2021, five EQT executives received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 70% increase compared to previous year.
Toby Z. Rice, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 125% compared to 2020. 89% of Rice's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Rice also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan and $1 in salary.

David M. Khani, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.7M, which increased by 24% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $4.2M, was in stock awards.
William E. Jordan, General Counsel, earned $4.5M in 2021, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Richard A. Duran, Chief Information Officer, received $2.5M in 2021, which increases by 84% compared to 2020.
Lesley Evancho, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.4M in 2021, a 105% increase compared to previous year.
