Equifax reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 25, 2021.
In 2018, seven Equifax executives received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Mark W. Begor, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total. 72% of Begor's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Begor also received $807K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.4M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $351K in other compensation.
Bryson R. Koehler, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $6.4M. 87% of the compensation package, or $5.6M, was in stock awards.
Paulino do Rego Barros, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.3M in 2018, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Jamil Farshchi, Chief Information Security Officer, received $3.9M in 2018.
John W. Gamble, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.9M in 2018, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
John J. Kelley III, Chief Legal Officer, received $3.2M in 2018, which increases by 41% compared to 2017.
Rodolfo O. Ploder, President, Workforce Solutions, earned $2.8M in 2018, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
