Equifax reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 25, 2021.
In 2020, five Equifax executives received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark W. Begor, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2019. 44% of Begor's compensation, or $6.1M, was in stock awards. Begor also received $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $928K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $75,573 at Equifax. Therefore, the ratio of Mark W. Begor's pay to the median employee pay was 181 to one.
John W. Gamble, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which decreased by 9% compared to previous year. 27% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Rodolfo O. Ploder, President, Workforce Solutions, earned $3.8M in 2020, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Bryson R. Koehler, Chief Technology Officer, received $2.9M in 2020, which decreases by 7% compared to 2019.
Sid Singh, President, U.S. Information Solutions, earned $2.8M in 2020, a 59% decrease compared to previous year.
