Equifax CEO Mark Begor's 2021 pay rises 17% to $16M

Equifax reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 24, 2022.
In 2021, five Equifax executives received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Mark W. Begor, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2020. 50% of Begor's compensation, or $8.1M, was in stock awards. Begor also received $3.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $866K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $90,330 at Equifax. Therefore, the ratio of Mark W. Begor's pay to the median employee pay was 178 to one.
Rodolfo O. Ploder, President, Workforce Solutions, received a compensation package of $5M, which increased by 32% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
John W. Gamble, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5M in 2021, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Bryson R. Koehler, Chief Technology, Product and Data & Analytics Officer, received $3.1M in 2021, which increases by 7% compared to 2020.
Sid Singh, President, U.S. Information Solutions, earned $3M in 2021, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
