Equillium reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 9, 2021.
In 2020, three Equillium executives received on average a compensation package of $678K, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
Bruce D. Steel, Chief Executive Officer, received $782K in total, which decreased by 42% compared to 2019. 47% of Steel's compensation, or $368K, was in option awards. Steel also received $216K in non-equity incentive plan and $198K in salary.
Stephen Connelly, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $640K, which increased by 32% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $386K, was in salary.
Krishna R. Polu, Chief Medical Officer, earned $612K in 2020, a 59% decrease compared to previous year.
