Equillium reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 11, 2023.
In 2022, three Equillium executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Bruce D. Steel, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2021. 53% of Steel's compensation, or $882K, was in option awards. Steel also received $342K in non-equity incentive plan and $455K in salary.
Stephen Connelly, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $919K, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $414K, was in salary.
Christine Zedelmayer, Chief Operating Officer, earned $901K in 2022.
